We are looking for a passionate, creative Internet Marketing Manager to help us dominate the market. Our product is revolutionary and we need a a great Internet Marketing Manager who has a strong emphasis on e-commerce business activities.
The Internet Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing the e-commerce business activities and strategy and moving the sales needle through effective PPC, SEO, social, mobile, viral and analytics.
This position reports to the Chief Marketing Officer, but will also partner with creative team to recommend and drive plans to build the overall web experiences and relevant marketing channels to achieve forecasted sales volumes and strategic objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor industry trends and competitor Web sites
• Oversee marketing asset development
• Product/Project Management
• Strategic Analysis
• Monitors key performance metrics and determines success of products and site enhancements
• Develops and conducts testing, focusing on revenue growth, conversion and user experience
• Identifies trends and improvement opportunities
• Provides data-driven insights to guide the evolution of the brand
• Effectively lead project meetings and create clear and concise roadmaps for products from planning through implementation and launch
• Works with multiple departments to ensure products are developed in accordance with established business requirements and best practices and that the project goals are fulfilled
• Write creative briefs for creation of product assets
• Oversee day-to-day e-commerce sales efforts and/or brand marketing initiatives by effectively managing the front-end website experience, landing pages, content, product placement and overall merchandising mix
• Manage master production calendar with project plans and schedules for site content delivery, programs, pricing and promotions and effectively execute each
• Assist with the implementation of online strategies and segments that drive improvements in sales conversion, translating to increases in customer acquisition, retention and up/cross-sales
• Maintain optimal site usability for the user experience by analyzing onsite behavioral analytics and conversion data in order to effectively optimize site promotions, messaging, and other key indicators that enhance ROI
• Identify opportunities for new marketing tactics, technologies, site-conversion functionality and improved user experiences
• Marketing & Email Promotions
• Drive implementation and optimization of marketing programs to increase loyalty, retention and overall sales
• Regularly review promotional activities with merchandising, operations and customer service teams to ensure all key stakeholders and business units can plan and/or adjust their functional needs accordingly, as well as to gather consumer feedback and enhancement requests
• Work with creative department to develop an e-mail strategy that drives efficient open and click thru rates and help conceptualize an ongoing flow of content newsletters and promotions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5+ years relevant product management and e-commerce experience in health and wellness sector; including managing consumer facing web products with increasing level of responsibility, technical role in an e-commerce, content or web application environment, website usability and customer experience
• Experience developing, implementing and managing partnerships to deliver services
• Proven abilities to drive change and generate new revenue sources
• Demonstrated experience, and comfort with, balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders and brands while delivering an intuitive product
• Experience with web marketing and improvement tools/methods including SEO, SEM, Social Media, A/B testing, usability testing, focus groups and web analytics
• Analytical, Creative with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present and communicate to all levels of an organization
• Experience working cross-functionally with multi-disciplinary teams and external partners
• Project and process management skills plus a strong ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Understanding of the latest technical standards and best practices in web services
• Staff management experience of small teams
• Passion for health, internet and e-commerce
